We offer a senior officer at a management level services as responsible for detecting and deterrng money laundering and terrorist financing. Our AML/CFT compliance office should have timelly access to transaction records and other relevant.

Designing and implementing the AML program.

Recently the online gaming law ( LOK) was passed in Curaçao with one of the requirements being:

Only legal entities established under Curaçao law, with their statutory seat in Curaçao, are eligible to apply for either an online gaming license or a supplier license under the LOK. Each operator is require to have at least one “Key Person” residing in Curaçao. Additionally, the entity must be managed by at least one natural person who is a resident of Curaçao or a corporate entity established under Curaçao law with at least one resident director.
